Job Summary: As a Lead Siding Installer, you will be responsible for leading a team of siding installers and coordinating all aspects of siding projects. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of siding installations. The role involves hands-on work as well as managerial responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to plan and organize siding installation projects.
2. Team Leadership: Lead a team of siding installers, providing guidance, training, and supervision.
3. Installation: Perform hands-on siding installation tasks, ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
4. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work to ensure it meets industry standards and project specifications.
5. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations.
6. Material Management: Coordinate the delivery and use of siding materials, keeping track of inventory.
7. Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
