Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating 12-Hour Shifts ; 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am
Pay: $19/hr

What You’ll Do:

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will help support daily production operations by working with automated equipment and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring automated production and packaging equipment

• Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and safely clearing jams

• Working with robotic stacking systems, conveyors, case sealers, and stretch wrapping equipment

• Performing quality checks and identifying product defects

• Scanning, labeling, counting, and tracking materials accurately

• Responding to machine alarms and production issues as needed

• Assisting with scrap handling, recycling, and continuous improvement efforts

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Communicating effectively with team members and shift leadership

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous manufacturing or logistics experience preferred, but not required

• Forklift experience is a plus — training may be provided

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required

• Basic math and computer skills

• Willingness to learn, cross-train, and grow within the company
