Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. This role will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure the warehouse is organized, efficient, and safe. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes pride in maintaining a clean workspace, and is comfortable handling a variety of hands-on tasks.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely
• Receive, inspect, and check in incoming product
• Prepare, skid, and shrink-wrap outgoing shipments
• Pull and stage product for next-day deliveries
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment
• Remove debris, broken skids, and other hazards to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Support general warehouse operations and step in wherever needed
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and team to keep workflow running smoothly

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Ability to lift and move materials as required

Work Schedule

• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Flexibility required: occasional extended hours (approximately 1+ hour) when trucks return late and require preparation for the next day

Work Environment

This is a physically active, hands-on role in a warehouse setting requiring attention to safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.
