Position Summary

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the facility. This role supports daily operations by ensuring restrooms, breakrooms, offices, training rooms, and conference rooms are consistently cleaned, stocked, and ready for use.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently while adhering to established cleaning standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Restroom Cleaning:
  Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, counters, and floors; restock supplies; empty trash.

• Breakroom Upkeep:
  Wipe down tables and counters, clean appliances, manage trash and recycling, and maintain floors.

• Office Cleaning:
  Dust surfaces, empty wastebaskets, vacuum or mop floors, and clean glass as needed.

• Training & Conference Rooms:
  Sanitize tables and equipment, reset room layouts, and ensure spaces are ready for use.

• Warehouse Common Areas:
  Sweep, mop, remove debris, and maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas.

• Safety & Reporting:
  Safely use cleaning chemicals and report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazards.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial or warehouse cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
