Office Administrator
Pay: $20/hour

We are seeking an upbeat, outgoing, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join a fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and using technology to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, text, and email
  • Manage client relationships and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Coordinate communication between clients, team members, and vendors
  • Assist with scheduling, order tracking, and general office operations
  • Utilize technology and tools (including AI platforms like Scribe) to streamline processes

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and highly computer literate
  • Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to learn new systems
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude with an outgoing, team-focused personality

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online)
