Pay: $145K–$155K + 15% Bonus

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Controller
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
Manufacturing industry experience required; machining or other regulated industry experience is a plus
Strong ERP system experience required; Epicor experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Manage finance operations across two sites
Drive annual operating plans and financial initiatives
Provide value-added financial analysis to leadership teams
Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting
Lead budget development and monthly forecasting processes
Manage month-end close activities
Strong focus on cost accounting and inventory management
CPA and/or MBA preferred
