Job Summary

  • Lead and support daily workflow within a designated department
  • Delegate tasks and ensure team members stay on track with production goals
  • Train new associates and provide ongoing coaching (OJT)
  • Troubleshoot operational and inventory-related issues in real time
  • Perform audits on production work to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Support inventory control, including research and reconciliation
  • Assist with cycle counting processes and resolve discrepancies
  • Collect and report inventory data to leadership on a weekly basis
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding workflow, issues, and project updates
  • Support safety initiatives and training within the department

1st Shift (schedule will be discussed during interview)

Pay
$19.50/hour

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
  • Prior leadership, lead, or specialist-level experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable working with inventory systems and data tracking
  • Ability to train and guide team members
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
