We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Window and Door Installer to join our team. This position requires hands-on expertise in installing commercial-grade windows, storefront systems, curtain walls, and doors. Only candidates with proven experience in commercial installations will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install commercial windows, aluminum storefronts, curtain wall systems, and doors
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and sealing of all installations
• Safely operate tools and equipment required for installation
• Maintain quality workmanship and meet project deadlines
• Perform job site cleanup and maintain a professional work environment
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site

Requirements (MUST HAVE)

• Minimum 2 years of commercial window and door installation experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial framing systems, glass installation, and hardware
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with curtain wall systems is a major plus
• OSHA certification or safety training
• Experience operating lifts or aerial equipment
• Basic carpentry or metal framing skills
