Forklift Operator – Temp to Perm
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Forklift Operator for a temp-to-permanent opportunity. The ideal candidate can work independently, stay focused throughout the day, and is open to learning new equipment and skills to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move and organize materials
• Load, unload, and transport products throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision
• Assist with general warehouse and yard duties as needed
• Learn to safely operate additional equipment such as lifts and skid steers

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Responsible, dependable, and safety-minded
• Ability to work alone and remain focused
• Willingness to learn and operate other machinery and equipment
• Positive attitude with a desire to grow within the company
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
