Call Center Representative| Customer Service Representative| Support Specialist 

Location: Irwin, PA 15642

Schedule: Monday - Friday| 8:00-4:00pm| Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Call Center Representative on behalf of one of our clients. We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting taxpayers and businesses.

This position involves managing inbound and outbound communication, resolving account inquires, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing support across multiple channels. The ideal candidate would be professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service via phone to taxpayers and business owners
• Handle inbound inquires related to accounts, tax collections, and compliance information 
• Respond to "Contact Us" email inquiries and perform outbound follow-up calls as needed 
• Accurately document account updates and track call information within internal systems 
• Learn and follow department policies, security procedures, and local tax processes 
• Maintain knowledge of process updates and implement changes as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities 
• Collaborate with team members to support department goals and customer needs 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally 
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities 
• Proficiency with computers, multiple applications, and CRM systems 
• Fast and Accurate typing skills preferred 
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet performance expectations
