Location: Elizabeth, NJ
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

 

A busy food distribution company in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver Helper to support daily delivery operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, working as part of a team, and assisting with deliveries throughout the NJ/NY area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist drivers with loading and unloading food products at delivery locations

• Ride along on delivery routes and help ensure timely deliveries

• Lift, move, and organize products safely and efficiently

• Verify orders and assist with delivery paperwork when needed

• Provide excellent customer service at delivery sites

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, delivery, moving, or driver helper experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work early morning shifts and overtime when needed
