Builder Program Administrative Specialist

Salary: $20.00 / hour

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville and Dickson are currently seeking reliable, experienced, and efficient candidates for a Program Administrative Specialist to provide clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the Company. This position will pay $20 + / hour, and the hours are M-F 8:00A.M. - 5:00P.M.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with claim intake, organization, and tracking
• Perform preliminary validation of builder and contractor data
• Cross-check product eligibility and participation requirements
• Manage data entry and maintain accurate records in Excel and SAP
• Organize and maintain supporting documentation and program files
• Track and support Model Home claims and eligibility requirements
• Support contractor coaching program tracking and documentation (SRT, CertainPath, BuyMax, Neighborly)
• Assist with routine communication and follow-ups with internal teams and field representatives

Qualifications:

• Able to lift up to 5 lbs.
• Fluent in typing. SAP experience is required
• Excellent Communication Skills via written and oral
