Maintenance Technician – $21.00-23.00 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a local company in Sweetwater, TN.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance on conveyors, forklifts, dock equipment, racking, automation systems, HVAC, and building infrastructure to minimize downtime.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and complete timely repairs to restore operations.
Maintain conveyor controls, sensors, scanners, and basic PLC-driven equipment used in 3PL fulfillment.
Ensure all work follows OSHA standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and internal safety policies.
Repair building systems including lighting, plumbing, docks, doors, and general infrastructure.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

Warehouse equipment operates at optimal performance with minimal unplanned downtime.
Issues are diagnosed quickly and resolved efficiently to keep fulfillment operations running.
Zero safety violations, proper LOTO usage, and reduced workplace hazards.
All work orders, inspections, and repairs are documented clearly and on time.
