CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (What You’ll Be Doing)

As an Industrial Janitor, you will support the maintenance, utility, and safety teams through the following tasks:

Sanitization: Deep clean and sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms, and common areas, including appliances like microwaves and refrigerators.
Floor Care: Sweep and mop floors daily; operate industrial floor scrubbers and specialized cleaning equipment.
Waste Management: Safely empty trash and recycling containers throughout production areas, offices, and outdoor yard spaces.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain outdoor picnic areas, pick up debris along facility fences, and manage outdoor ashtrays.
Inventory Control: Track, manage, and restock critical PPE and supplies such as sanitizer, wipes, and paper products.
Safety Collaboration: Partner with the Health and Safety team to assist with training on proper sanitizing practices.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (What You'll Need)

Equipment Experience: Prior operation of industrial cleaning equipment is preferred.
Safety Requirements: Must be able and qualified to wear a respirator when necessary.
