We’re hiring a Lead Sign Production & Installer Specialist to join a fun, fast-paced team where no two weeks look exactly the same - some days you’ll be creating signs in the shop, and others you’ll be out installing graphics, vinyl, and signage on-site.

Pay: $24-28/hr DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

• Measure, prep, cut, and assemble materials for custom sign production
• Operate production equipment such as routers, lasers, printers, and vinyl cutters
• Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment
• Install vinyl graphics on windows, walls, vehicles, and signage surfaces
• Ensure clean, professional, bubble-free vinyl application and finishes
• Work both indoors and outdoors using ladders, lifts, drills, and hand tools
• Support a small team environment where everyone pitches in across projects
