CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (What You’ll Be Doing)

As an Industrial Painter, you will manage the complete preparation and finishing process:

Surface Finishing: Prepare, prime, sand, seal, patch, clean, and paint truck beds and surfaces using primers, polyurethanes, and lacquer thinner finishes.
Detail Preparation: Tape, sand, repair, and apply texturing layers on a variety of manufacturing surfaces.
Equipment Maintenance: Operate, clean, and maintain all painting equipment, including brushes, sprayers, robotic spray guns, and pumps.
Safety Logistics: Erect scaffolding, rigging, and ladders in strict compliance with safety codes; safely store and label all materials.
Reporting & Tech: Maintain accurate material records, submit work reports, and support automated robot operations and programming as needed.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (What You'll Need)

We are seeking skilled, safety-conscious professionals with strong technical experience:

Experience: Prior industrial or automotive painting experience is required.
Credentials: Must possess a valid driver's license.
Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and utilize basic computer skills. Familiarity with TS and ISO quality requirements is preferred.
Automation Asset: Knowledge of robots and robot programming is a strong asset for this facility.
