CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (What You’ll Be Doing)

As a Machine Operator, you will ensure the production line stays efficient, accurate, and safe:

Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor production machines to maintain a consistent workflow.
Machine Setup: Adjust equipment and perform part change-outs based on specific job and manufacturing requirements.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products using gauging and precision measuring instruments to ensure strict accuracy standards are met.
Technical Monitoring: Read blueprints, monitor gauges, and apply competent math skills to maintain product specifications.
Workplace Upkeep: Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe to support a zero-incident environment.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (Who We Are Looking For)

Technical Skills: Mechanically inclined, able to understand blueprints, and comfortable monitoring gauges.

Experience: Prior production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right motivated candidates on the equipment.
