About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential appliances while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and more
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Identify problems and explain repair solutions clearly to customers
• Order and replace defective parts as needed
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service on every job
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field preferred
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (homes, tight spaces, etc.)

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• EPA certification (for refrigeration work)
• Experience with major appliance brands
• Electrical or HVAC background
