Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Working Supervisor – Weekend Shift for a metal building manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role working alongside the team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Schedule

• Friday–Sunday | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• 36 hours/week (overtime eligible)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support production crew across fabrication, paint, and loadout
• Work hands-on in welding, fabrication, and equipment operation
• Enforce safety standards and quality control checkpoints
• Manage workflow to meet production and shipping goals
• Complete daily reports and communicate with leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing or steel fabrication
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Welding/fabrication experience (FCAW/GMAW preferred)
• Ability to read shop drawings and BOMs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

Work Environment

• Industrial setting with exposure to heat, noise, and equipment
• PPE required at all times
