One of our clients is currently looking for a reliable and professional Bilingual Dispatcher to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and enjoys helping keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers/technicians efficiently

• Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish

• Schedule appointments and update customer information

• Monitor routes, schedules, and job progress

• Maintain accurate records and data entry

• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English & Spanish required

• Previous dispatching or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Basic computer and data entry experience

• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable with strong attendance and professionalism

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay:

• $18–$23 per hour DOE
