Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Project Lead to support and manage construction-related projects from start to finish. This individual will play a key role in coordinating timelines, working with vendors and subcontractors, purchasing materials, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in roofing, metal fabrication, and project management, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities for construction projects
• Manage project timelines, deadlines, and scheduling to ensure timely completion
• Purchase materials and coordinate deliveries with vendors and suppliers
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Track project progress, budgets, and material needs
• Assist with estimating, job planning, and project documentation
• Resolve scheduling or logistical issues as they arise
• Ensure all project details are communicated clearly and executed accurately
• Maintain organized records of project updates, invoices, orders, and correspondence
• Support leadership with reporting and project coordination tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience in roofing, metal fabrication, and/or construction project management
• Strong understanding of construction timelines, materials, and vendor coordination
• Experience with purchasing and supplier management preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
