Irrigation Tech

Pay: $22/hour, Day Shift

Job Summary

Seeking a dependable Irrigation Tech to support landscape and irrigation operations. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting landscape crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Ideal candidates are hardworking, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems
• Troubleshoot irrigation issues, leaks, and system performance problems
• Support landscape crews during installations and project completion
• Ensure irrigation systems are functioning properly and efficiently
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Operate trenching equipment and irrigation tools as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Communicate project updates, concerns, or repair needs to supervisors
• Assist with keeping projects on schedule and crews productive

• Systems installed correctly and completed on time
• Minimal callbacks, repairs, or rework needed
• Projects remain on schedule and crews operate efficiently

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, dig, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor throughout the shift
• Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
