Key Duties

• Coordinate with utility companies for service upgrades & connections
• Manage permits, inspections, and documentation
• Schedule jobs, inspections, and homeowner walkthroughs
• Track projects using Excel, Workiz, and ERP tools
• Handle invoicing, payments, and job records

Requirements

• 2+ years in construction, permitting, or project coordination
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Adobe, and project tracking systems
• Detail-oriented, multitasker, team player
