CSR/Flex Associate Needed ASAP! 

 

Shift: 1st M-F 730am-4:30pm
Pay: $20/hr.
Where: East side of Indianapolis
Evaluation Hire

 

Duties:

  • Coordinate daily shipping and delivery operations, including preparing shipping manifests and organizing delivery routes.
  • Provide customer service through phone, email, and walk-in support while assisting with quotes, order entry, and order processing.
  • Support both office and shop operations by handling administrative tasks and assisting production/shipping teams when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft office
  • Ability to work with measure fractions, decimals, & basic math with Accuracy
