We are partnering with a highly respected and established local restaurant group to hire a Kitchen Manager to support daily culinary operations within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced kitchen professional who enjoys leading teams, maintaining operational excellence, and helping develop a strong kitchen culture.
This role works closely with culinary leadership and plays a critical role in maintaining food quality, kitchen efficiency, sanitation standards, and overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with culinary leadership to oversee daily kitchen operations
• Supervise, train, schedule, and support kitchen staff
• Ensure food quality, recipe execution, portion control, and presentation standards are consistently maintained
• Demonstrate the ability to work all kitchen stations and step into operational gaps as needed
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards, including daily line checks
• Support inventory management, product rotation, and ordering processes
• Monitor kitchen productivity, workflow efficiency, and labor support needs
• Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused kitchen culture
• Assist with onboarding and development of new kitchen staff
• Ensure preventive maintenance and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld
Qualifications
• Previous kitchen leadership or kitchen management experience preferred
• ServeSafe Management Certification required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Hands-on leadership style with willingness to support all kitchen operations
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen workflow management
• Dependable attendance and scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends
