We are partnering with a highly respected and community-loved local restaurant and catering company on the west side of Colorado Springs to hire Catering / Banquet Servers to support their growing events and catering team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced event environments and providing exceptional customer service during weddings, banquets, private events, and catered functions.
The team is seeking dependable, professional, and energetic individuals who can help create a great guest experience while supporting smooth event operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Set up banquet and catering spaces prior to events
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist with buffet setup, table service, food running, and guest support
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout events
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, event leadership, and fellow servers
• Assist with breakdown, cleanup, and resetting event spaces following events
• Ensure excellent customer service and professionalism at all times
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and event service standards
Qualifications
• Previous banquet, catering, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced event environments
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry trays or event supplies as needed
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Additional Details
• Scheduling needs will typically be communicated weekly
• Team hopes to maintain consistency with a small core group of banquet servers for ongoing events
