We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected local restaurant group on the west side of Colorado Springs to hire a Line Cook for one of their growing concepts. Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation expectations
• Work efficiently across multiple kitchen stations during service periods
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Assist with prep work, stocking, inventory rotation, and kitchen organization
• Support kitchen leadership with daily operational needs
• Maintain consistency, speed, and attention to detail in a high-volume environment
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams
• Assist with cleaning duties and end-of-shift kitchen responsibilities
Qualifications
• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Team-oriented attitude with dependable attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40–50 lbs as needed
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends preferred
