We are partnering with a well-established, highly rated local restaurant and catering company on the west side of Colorado Springs to hire a Catering Banquet Chef to support their growing catering and events team. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation expectations
• Support banquet and catering food production in a high-volume environment
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Assist with transporting food, supplies, and equipment to event locations
• Work effectively within mobile kitchen and off-site catering environments
• Store and manage food products according to food safety guidelines
• Assist with dishwashing, trash removal, kitchen cleanup, and deep cleaning as needed
• Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and team members
• Support inventory management and proper product usage
• Learn prep duties and multiple kitchen stations to help support operations between catering events
• Maintain a professional attitude and high standard of excellence during events and service periods

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of culinary or kitchen experience preferred
• Previous banquet, catering, or high-volume kitchen experience is a plus
• ServeSafe certification preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
