Position Overview

 

An Account Manager – Inside Sales is needed for our client in Vernon Hills, IL, supporting hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers with essential endoscopy and GI equipment and services. Join a collaborative, integrity-driven sales team focused on building long-term customer partnerships!

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer accounts within an assigned territory
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
• Prospect for new business
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and medical facilities
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, renewals, and ongoing needs
• Prepare quotes, pricing, and proposals
• Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and opportunities in Salesforce
• Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and open opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of B2B sales or account management
• Strong preference for healthcare sales experience
• Proven success growing existing accounts and developing new business
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Consultative, relationship-driven sales style
• Proficiency in Salesforce or CRM systems
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
