Responsibilities

• Manage lawn care operations including mowing crews, fertilizing, and weed spraying services
• Oversee snow removal operations, including coordinating crews, communicating with customers, and ensuring completion of services during snow events
• Operate equipment such as plow trucks, skid steers, and front-end loaders as needed
• Work with current and prospective customers to provide bids and maintain strong client relationships
• Schedule services and organize daily routes, crews, and job assignments
• Check in with Crew Leads throughout the day and conduct occasional field visits
• Maintain and coordinate equipment maintenance and upkeep
• Manage online orders, create job lists, and maintain accurate records
• Create spreadsheets and documents to track operations and performance
• Provide excellent customer service and leadership to ensure team success

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• No drug screen or background check required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience (preferably in lawn care or landscape maintenance)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive, driven, and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams effectively

Equipment & Tools Experience Preferred:

• Snow plows
• Skid steers
• Front-end loaders
• Trucks and trailers
• Lawn care equipment (zero-turn mowers, weed whippers, leaf blowers, snow blowers)
• Hand tools, power tools, and shovels
