Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and products following detailed work instructions and schematics
• Perform hand soldering of electronic components, wires, and circuit boards to IPC or similar quality standards
• Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure functionality and adherence to quality specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following all safety and quality procedures
• Identify defects or inconsistencies and communicate issues to supervisors or quality teams

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Previous experience with electronic assembly, soldering, or similar fine-detail work preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection practices
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• No drug screen or background check required
