We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Professional with a strong background in agriculture to join our team. This role focuses on selling agricultural equipment and machinery while providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right agricultural equipment and machinery based on their needs
• Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and recommendations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify opportunities for additional sales, upgrades, and related products
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and follow-up
• Stay up to date on current agricultural equipment, trends, and technology
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information

Qualifications:

• Required: Background in agriculture (farming, ranching, ag business, or related field)
• Previous sales experience preferred (especially in equipment or related industries)
• Strong understanding of agricultural machinery and operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license (if travel is required)
