📍 Location: Bend, Oregon

🧭 Some travel may be required
💵 Pay: $22–$30 DOE
🕡 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM
⏱️ Some overtime required

📌 QUALIFICATIONS

1. 🔩 Hand Tool Use (wrenches, cordless tools, air tools, wiring tools, meter, jacks)
2. 🚜 Forklift Operation – Preferred
3. 🚐 Company Vehicle Operation – Preferred
4. ⚡ Electrical/Wiring Background – Preferred
5. 🛠️ Hydraulic Systems Experience – Preferred
6. ✔️ Alternatives to the above qualifications as the company finds appropriate
7. 🪪 Valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record
8. 🔧 Mechanic Background Required

🎯 JOB GOALS

To aid and assist mechanic production and efficiency by increasing organization and promoting high levels of productive behavior. To support a program that gradually progresses toward refinement at all production levels.

🛠️ PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 🧰 Organize small parts (nuts, bolts, wiring, filters, fluids, hand tools, etc.)
2. 🛢️ Perform lube, oil & filter changes (multiple vehicle & equipment types)
3. 📦 Organize job parts & pieces (multiple vehicle & equipment types)
4. 🧹 Clean & organize internal shop area (sweeping & miscellaneous part placement)
5. 🏗️ Clean & organize yard (debris, plastic wrap, dust pickup & disposal)
6. 🚚 Perform job site repairs (part delivery & field repairs for on‑site crews)
7. 🚗 Clean & organize vehicles (washing, parking, organizing crew vehicles)
8. 📮 Deliver & pick up mechanic parts (vehicle/equipment parts)
9. 🔥 Service & repair diesel and gas engines (multiple vehicle & equipment types)
10. 💧 Service & repair hydraulic/PTO systems (multiple vehicle & equipment types)
11. 📦 Load and unload material to/from outside vendors
