Maintenance Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee building and grounds maintenance operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (on call for occasional weekend emergencies)

• Perform and oversee general maintenance and repairs
• Handle basic plumbing and electrical work
• Supervise a small team (2–3 employees)
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Respond to maintenance issues and emergency calls as needed

• Prior maintenance or facilities experience required
• Strong knowledge of general repairs, plumbing, and electrical
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Reliable, self-motivated, and hands-on
