We are seeking a professional and outgoing Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role will involve handling incoming calls, assisting walk-in customers, processing orders, and maintaining organized records in a fast-paced office environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Process incoming orders and maintain accurate documentation
  • Complete prior title searches through email and phone communication
  • Enter and log information into company systems and databases
  • Maintain organized files and assist with general office operations
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed as job knowledge increases

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and office software
  • Previous experience in real estate, banking, or the title industry preferred
