Warehouse Technician (Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time)
Pay: $18/HR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Technician to join their team! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits upon permanent placement.

• Candidates with gaps in employment history within the past 5–7 years will not be considered.
• Warehouse experience is REQUIRED and must be clearly reflected in your recent work history.
• Interviews for this position are completed in the office between 8:30 am-11:30 am.

Requirements:

• Must have a current, valid driver’s license
• 3–5 years of experience in shipping/receiving and material handling in a manufacturing environment
• Must have prior warehouse experience
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Basic computer skills (FedEx/UPS systems)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all shipping, receiving, and inventory movement
• Use computer systems to process shipments (FedEx & UPS)
• Assist shop assembly technicians with equipment handling and rigging
• Perform cleaning, setup preparation, tear-down, and shipping preparation

Inventory Duties:

• Load and unload materials using heavy equipment such as forklifts and crane
• Receive, store, organize, and issue materials accurately
• Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts per company schedule
• Maintain a minimum of 95% inventory accuracy
• Label, organize, and maintain inventory across all designated areas
  (spare parts racks, shipping/receiving, testing area, shop inventory)
