Key Responsibilities

• Assist with building, repairing, and maintaining structures and job sites
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning and organizing materials
• Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
• Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and perform physical labor
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
