Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative serves as the point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience by addressing questions, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products and services.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. (Mainly email)
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and determining appropriate solutions
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
  • Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Handle complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Patience and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may require additional education or experience)

Pay rate is $20-21/hour
