Express Employment is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in New Boston, MI.

$25–$35/hr (DOE)

Maintenance schedule: 2pm-10pm [overtime as needed]

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot & repair production equipment
• Motors, VFDs, electrical panels
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs)
• Diagnose hydraulic & pneumatic issues
• Support facility systems (HVAC, compressors, etc.)
• Read schematics, blueprints, P&IDs

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Basic PLC troubleshooting experience

Experience with:

• 120V / 480V systems
• Mechanical + electrical repair
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills (Higher Pay)

• PLC programming / advanced controls
• Servo systems / automation experience
• Food manufacturing or GMP environment
