Foam Product Assembler / Production Associate

Location: McAllen, TX

Pay: $10.50 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Foam Assemblers / Warehouse Associates for a local foam manufacturing facility in the McAllen area. This position is responsible for assembling foam products, inspecting materials, packaging finished goods, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble foam products according to production and quality standards
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects or imperfections
• Count, sort, stack, and label raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
• Use handheld glue guns and basic hand tools as needed during assembly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and production procedures
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining product quality
• Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (6+ months is a plus)
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Comfortable using hand tools and glue guns throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand motions
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
