Express Employment-Monroe is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to wire large-scale manufacturing equipment to code. This hands-on role requires reading schematics, routing wiring, and supporting panel and equipment connections. Ideal candidates bring strong electrical aptitude, attention to detail, and a passion for building custom industrial equipment.

Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: up to $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Cut, bend, and install conduit
• Wire devices and components to junction boxes
• Wire equipment to the control panel
• Ensure all wiring meets safety codes and internal quality standards
• Use hand and power tools to perform electrical assembly work
• Support overall production and machine build deadlines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant electrical assembly or panel wiring experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Basic understanding of electricity, circuits, and components
• Skilled with hand/power tools and manual wiring techniques
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
