Property Manager - $58-75k
Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local Minneapolis - St. Paul income-based property management company with filling a Property Manager role. The Property Manager will be marketing units; reviewing applications; conducting thorough inspections prior to move in; assigning work orders to caretakers, maintenance or vendors; moving in new residents and understanding and explaining all lease documents and generally help build tenant relations. Additionally, the Property Manager will be training new assistant site managers; collecting rent, entering into Yardi, and filing unlawful detainers per procedures; complying with Section 8, tax credit, and/or other deferred loans that are on the property; inputting maintenance work orders and work with the property financials and budgets. This is a dynamic role looking for an individual driven by a willingness to help others.
