Salary: $10-15

Distribution Supervisors oversee warehouse and distribution operations to ensure accurate shipping, receiving, inventory control, and efficient workflow within the facility.

Responsibilities

· Supervise daily warehouse and distribution activities

· Lead shipping, receiving, and inventory teams

· Monitor productivity, accuracy, and safety standards

· Coordinate schedules and workflow to meet deadlines

· Train and support warehouse employees

· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

 

Qualifications

· Warehouse or distribution leadership experience preferred

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Inventory and logistics knowledge

· Forklift experience is a plus

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 

Schedule & Pay

· Full-time position

· Overtime may be required
