Operations Managers oversee daily manufacturing and warehouse operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, safety, and efficiency targets are met.

Responsibilities

· Manage daily production and operational activities

· Lead and support production teams and supervisors

· Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance

· Improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime

· Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow

· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

 

Qualifications

· Manufacturing or operations management experience required

· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

· Experience with production planning and process improvement

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
