Express Employment is seeking a dependable and hardworking Sandblaster. This position is responsible for preparing surfaces by cleaning, sandblasting, and coating materials used in construction and industrial projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, follows safety procedures, and works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate sandblasting and surface preparation equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare metal and other surfaces for painting or coating
• Clean and maintain blasting equipment and work areas
• Inspect surfaces to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed
• Work both independently and with crew members to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

• Previous sandblasting or industrial painting experience preferred
• Experience working in construction or industrial environments is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

 

Pay: $20.00/hour 

 

Schedule: Mon- Fri 12pm-8:30pm

Location: Ogden, UT
