Logistics and Inventory Coordinator

Salary: $24.00 to $26.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals, Irvine is seeking a Logistics and Inventory Coordinator for a growing, technology-driven manufacturing company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, day shift, evaluation hire career opportunity.  Compensation starts at $24.00 to $26.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities

• Order and inventory tracking
• Confirm order accuracy and perform data entry in order management system (Salesforce)
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
• Provide inventory and order process updates to internal departments

 

Requirements

• At least two years of logistics, inventory or operations experience
• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Order management system experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
