Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking dependable and hardworking Material Stackers for openings in North Branch, MN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast‑paced, physical work and take pride in maintaining accuracy and organization in a production environment.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling — Stack, sort, and organize metal flashing materials according to production requirements.

• Production Support — Assist machine operators by staging materials and removing completed product.

• Quality Checks — Inspect materials for defects, damage, or incorrect sizing before stacking.

• Work Area Organization — Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Team Collaboration — Communicate with production staff to ensure smooth workflow and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing Experience — Prior experience in a production or warehouse environment preferred.

• Physical Ability — Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.

• Attention to Detail — Ability to identify defects and maintain accurate stacking patterns.

• Reliability — Strong attendance and punctuality required.

• Safety Awareness — Commitment to following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
