Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Planner / Scheduler to support shop scheduling, maintenance planning, sales lead coordination, and administrative operations. This position requires strong computer and Excel skills, the ability to multitask, and confidence working in a fast-paced environment with constant communication from sales teams and incoming leads.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and maintenance management software while maintaining strong organization and professionalism throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities:
-Schedule and coordinate daily shop activities using CMMS software. -Manage and organize sales leads coming from the NJ sales team. -Enter, pull, and organize data into Excel spreadsheets accurately. -Maintain records and schedules within Maintenance Care systems. -Utilize HubSpot and Salesforce platforms for sales and customer communication. -Provide administrative and scheduling support in a fast-paced office environment. -Handle frequent communication and follow-up with sales-related inquiries. -Maintain accuracy and organization across multiple systems and reports.
Requirements:
-Strong Excel and computer skills required. -Previous scheduling, planning, dispatching, or office administration experience preferred. -Experience with HubSpot required; Salesforce experience preferred. -Experience working with CMMS or Maintenance Care systems is a plus. -Strong communication and multitasking abilities required. -Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent sales communication. -Professional attitude with strong organizational skills. -No advanced pivot table experience required.
