Express Employment Professionals is now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher in the Columbia, SC area with pay ranging from $20 - $22/hr. This is a long-term full-time position with a fast-paced work environment that requires strong multitasking, communication, and dispatching experience. Below will include the job description.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Shift Available:
Day Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
30-minute lunch break
Schedule: Long-term full-time position

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to support daily service operations in a fast-paced office environment. This position requires handling a high volume of incoming calls, assisting stressed customers during emergency lockout situations, scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, processing billing and payments, and maintaining accurate customer records. Candidates must be able to retain information well, move quickly, and provide excellent customer service under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

-Answer up to 100 incoming calls daily regarding customer lockout situations and service requests.
-Assist customers professionally and calmly during stressful situations.
-Schedule customer appointments and dispatch technicians using company software systems.
-Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding completed jobs and next service assignments.
-Complete detailed call notes and maintain accurate customer job files in the system.
-Process billing, invoicing, and customer payments.
-Create new customer files and close completed service files.
-Maintain organization and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
-Utilize ServiceTitan software for dispatching, scheduling, and account management.

Requirements:

-Previous customer service, dispatching, or industrial office experience required.
-Strong dispatching background highly preferred.
-Stable work history and good job tenure required.
-Must be able to multitask and work efficiently in a high-call-volume environment.
-Strong typing, computer, and software skills required.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to retain information quickly and adapt in a fast-paced office setting.
-Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus.
