Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machinist Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to ensure precise and efficient production of high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities:

-Set up, troubleshoot, and operate CNC equipment including milling machines and lathes
-Perform routine calibration, adjustments, and maintenance on CNC machinery
-Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
-Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues involving CNC machines, Fanuc controls, and PLC systems to minimize downtime
-Maintain detailed documentation of machine performance, maintenance, and quality checks
-Support materials handling, tooling setup, assembly processes, and warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

-Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory environment with hands-on CNC machining experience
-Familiarity with CNC programming languages and related software
-Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
-Knowledge of mechanical principles and fabrication techniques
-Experience operating CNC milling machines, lathes, and hand tools
-Ability to accurately use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers)
-Understanding of machining safety procedures, including materials handling and forklift operations
-Basic math skills for measurements and machine setup
